The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast members Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke have been pretty candid about their close friendship. Recently, the two friends traveled to Miami, as Garcelle was honored at the Angels for Humanity event that raised money to help the children of Haiti. And her BFF Sutton was right by her side.

Garcelle, who has long been an advocate for humanitarian issues, was recognized with a major award at the event, which featured a "Catwalk for Charity" fashion show with proceeds going toward scholarships, supplies, food, and healthcare for children in Haiti. That night she was honored with the Distinguished Humanitarian Award.

"Thank you for including me in such a wonderful and moving event [Garcelle Beauvais]," wrote Sutton in the caption of an October 25 Instagram post. She added, "Angels of Humanity does amazing work, and I was so happy to watch you be honored for the work you do."

"Thank you for supporting me," wrote Garcelle in the comments, alongside a series of heart emojis.

Garcelle, who was born in Haiti and emigrated to the United States when she was 7 years old, also shared a photo from the fundraiser on Instagram.

"It was such an honor to receive the Distinguished Humanitarian Award at Angels for Humanity's Catwalk for Charity in Miami...plus got to reunite with so many of my favorite people family [and] friends," wrote Garcelle in the caption of her October 25 post.

Several Bravolebs took to the comments to congratulate Garcelle on the recognition she received for her humanitarian work.

"Absolutely stunning Garcelle and congratulations on such a well deserved humanitarian honor," wrote The Real Housewives of New York City's Eboni K. Williams. "Amazing sis," added Shahs of Sunset alum Asa Soltan Rahmati, alongside a heart eyes emoji.

Kathy Hilton also chimed in, writing, "So proud of you angel."

Earlier this month, Garcelle announced the upcoming release of her memoir, Love Me As I Am, which follows her journey from her early childhood in Haiti to her time as a young model in New York, and through more than three decades as a TV and film actress.

"It's official...my very first memoir will be here on April 12,” she wrote in an October 12 Instagram post. I am so excited for you all to get to know me and my story better.”

Garcelle has also previously shared ways that others can help support Angels for Humanity in their efforts to help the children of Haiti through their Crisis Intervention Program. "My heart is breaking for my country Haiti. [Angels for Humanity] is one of the biggest pieces of my heart and they need our support now more than ever," wrote Garcelle in an August 16 Instagram post. "If you're able, please [consider] donating to support the kids of my home. Link in bio to donate."

The RHOBH Season 11 reunion continues with Part 3 on Wednesday, October 27 at 8/7c.
