Garcelle Beauvais is spilling all about the current status of her love life. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member recently shared the latest details on what's new for her in the romance department, as well as exciting news related to the upcoming release of her memoir, Love Me as I Am.
"I have such a full life," Garcelle told People, as she opened up about her love life, adding that she was in no hurry to pursue a romance with just anyone. "I don't want to just bring anybody in as a seat filler. I really want it to be the person. I feel like we put so much pressure on women to have a man, be married, have kids. Can we just live our lives?"
Garcelle continued sharing her thoughts on marriage and revealed where things stand with her and her ex-husband, Mike Nilon, with whom she shares 14-year-old twin sons, Jax and Jaid.
"I was so angry and hurt and confused. With the betrayal, I thought, 'Was I not enough?' But then I realized that it wasn't about me at all," she said in the People interview, regarding her divorce from Mike after nearly a decade of marriage. Garcelle also went on to share where things stand with her and Mike today, as the two have maintained a relationship co-parenting their children: "I couldn't hate the man [my kids] love so much."
Speaking of her twin boys, the RHOBH mom recently took to Instagram to share glimpses of Jax and Jaid.

Garcelle also shared the sweetest throwback of both Jax and Jaid from years ago, writing, "Can you even handle it??? Reminiscing..." along with the hashtag my boys in the caption of her March 19 post.

Love Me as I Am follows Garcelle's journey from her early childhood in Haiti to her time as a young model in New York and through more than three decades as a TV and film actress.
"It was like therapy," she said in her interview with People about penning her memoir, going on to add, "But I feel like I've made peace with a lot of things, so that's why now it feels like a good time to share."
