Mauricio Umansky Offers an Update on Where Kyle Richards and Kathy Hilton Stand Today
Following an emotional Season 12 of RHOBH, we have an update on the sisters’ relationship now.
When Season 12 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills wrapped, sisters Kyle Richards and Kathy Hilton were definitely in an emotional place following the dramatic ups and downs of the season.
The reunion ended on a tense note for the siblings, and when Kyle’s husband, Mauricio Umansky, appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on November 30, he offered an update on where things stand between the two today.
“Well, I mean, the truth is that they have really not spoken since all of this has gone down, and I’m just being super supportive of Kyle,” he shared during Wednesday’s WWHL episode (clip above), adding, “And eventually, hopefully, the families get back together.”
Kyle addressed the fact that she and Kathy were “not great right now” when speaking with E! News back in October. “We’re a family and we’ll always come back together,” she said of having “high hopes” for their future. “I know that’s why I was so emotional at the reunion. For me, I don’t think people realize how much it affects my family and the relationships, and I have been holding that in for so long, and that’s why I felt so emotional.”
It was a sentiment she reiterated to Extra around that same time, sharing with the outlet, “We’re sisters. We’ll be fine. The reunion is coming up — it’s a three-part reunion. People will see what happens there… We are family at the end of the day, we are blood, and you have to make things right.”
