On Season 13, Episode 13 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the diamond holders planned an eventful day of sight-seeing in Barcelona, Spain. Upon their trek to Ermita de la Trinitat, Sutton Stracke warned the group about the route's winding roads, saying, “Don’t get car sick.”
Ultimately, the velocity of their sprinter van and the steep countryside of Spain became too much for Crystal Kung Minkoff, who demanded to “get out of the car” after becoming nauseous.

Crystal Kung Minkoff suffers a health scare on RHOBH
On Episode 14, the show resumed with Crystal resting outside the church as she tried to regain her composure. Immediately, the other ladies rushed to Crystal’s side to make sure she was feeling okay, as they noticed her “gray skin” and raised veins.
Annemarie Wiley, who is a nurse anesthetist, quickly screened Crystal before having her lie down in the sprinter van until the ambulance came. “This is not just like a lay down and drink some ginger ale and walk it off kind of situation," she said in a confessional interview.

Shortly after the paramedics arrived, they determined that Crystal’s blood pressure was abnormally high and she should seek medical attention.
While at the hospital, Crystal Facetimed the ladies to provide an update on her health. “How are you feeling?” Annemarie, Garcelle Beauvais, and Kyle Richards collectively asked.
“The anti-nausea medication definitely helped,” Crystal explained. “They’re giving me a prescription medication, but I’m on a drip and I’m gonna catch up with your guys at the house. Thank you for everything.”

Later in the episode, Crystal appeared to be in better spirits after being released from the hospital. She informed the other RHOBH 'Wives that her health scare was due to her “high blood pressure.”
During a confessional, the Real Coco co-founder reflected on her family’s history with the same health issue. “My family has a history of high blood pressure hypertension, and it’s something that I know I’ve struggled with, but I didn’t realize it could get to this point,” she said.
Crystal continued: “It was so scary… I’ve never been faced with my own mortality… but I just want to be okay for my family.”
In the end, Crystal thanked all the ladies for being “supportive” of her in such a vulnerable situation.
How is Crystal Kung Minkoff doing today?
Crystal is doing better than ever. In fact, the mother of two recently shared a video of herself in good health doing some physical activity as she played golf.
“When I shoot, I never miss,” Crystal captioned her January 29 Instagram post. And judging from the clip, Crystal has an impressive swing!
