Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Has the Sweetest Birthday Message for Her Stepdaughter

It’s a big day for Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave: Her stepdaughter, Isabella, just turned 10 years old, and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mommy and accountability coach did what any good stepmom would. She took to the ‘gram, of course.

The post shows an adorable collage of Isabella, husband Edwin Arroyave's daughter from a previous relationship, at various stages of her life, from playing as a baby by the pool, to hugging Teddi’s two kids, Slate and Cruz. “Happy 10th birthday, Isabella,” Teddi writes in the touching post. “From the moment your daddy introduced me to you I knew my life was forever changed in a way I could have never imagined. I am so grateful to have gotten to know and grow with you. You are smart, kind, beautiful and talented and I can’t believe you are 10 years old. Double digits! Time flies.”

While Teddi has been blessed with such a lovely little family, she’s also been very open about her own fertility struggles particularly when it came to the birth of her son, Cruz. On November 28, Teddi revealed that she actually had multiple miscarriages before the birth of her son, and that the IVF process to conceive him was very painful. “I am not sure I can go through it again,” Teddi shared on Instagram. “I feel very blessed with the kiddos we have." And if those Insta photos are any indication, they feel blessed to have the parents they do just the same.
