Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave knows all too well what it's like to try to whip up a meal for an entire family on a busy weeknight. In a nutshell: It's not easy. But, the mother of two has some tricks up her sleeve when it comes to preparing easy, healthy meals for her tots, and her followers appear to be taking notes.
On August 7, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills pal took to Instagram Stories to grant some wishes. "Ask and you shall receive," she wrote. "10 minute kiddo dinners." The photo in the post showed out a few ingredients laid out in Teddi's sunny kitchen, and she labeled them all: turkey, lima beans, and brown rice.
And, just minutes later, she had a meal! The Beverly Hills mama added some carrots and raspberries to give her kiddos' plates bursts of orange and red. "The more colorful the food, the better," she wrote.
But, there's one caveat: "Unless it's Skittles."
