Just a day after she confirmed her breakup news, Shannon appeared on a broadcast of her close friend Jeff Lewis’ Radio Andy show, Jeff Lewis Live, to share an update on how she’s doing.

“Yesterday was a really, really hard day for me and I couldn’t stop crying,” Shannon said on the January 12 show about how the Flipping Out alum had “forc[ed]” her to go out the night before. “And I don’t know how I would’ve handled things had I just been sitting at home.”

According to Jeff and Shannon’s respective Instagram feeds, the aforementioned night out was a “dinner with friends” (including Shahs of Sunset’s Mercedes “MJ” Javid) at LAVO Ristorante.

The longtime pals each posted a photo from their hangout, and Jeff cheekily wrote, "When one Beador closes, another one opens" in the caption of his photo.

RHOC alum Vicki Gunvalson, who is one of the Tres Amigas along with Shannon and Tamra Judge, responded, "Yes it does!!" in the comments' section of Jeff's post.

On January 11, Shannon revealed to PEOPLE that her beau of three-and-a-half-years broke up with her unexpectedly back in November 2022.

She told the outlet that she "was blindsided" by the "devastating" breakup, because the two had been "in a great place."

"I've never loved anyone more in my life. I was hopeful this was the man I was going to spend the rest of my life with," Shannon said about her ex-boyfriend. "I wanted it to work out. I've never loved anyone like I've loved John. But clearly, he didn't feel the same way."

John also spoke to PEOPLE about the conclusion of the relationship, and he shared that, though he "loved her more deeply than any woman in [his] life," he didn't feel like they were "right for each other for the rest of [their] lives."

Though Shannon was initially all about the "good vibes" after her breakup, she's now going through some ups and downs now that it's public. Thankfully, she has some good friends by her side for moral support.
