Marcus Jordan Opens up About the Role He Plays in Larsa Pippen’s Kids’ Lives
Larsa Pippen also shares the latest happenings in her daughter, Sophia Pippen's life.
It looks like things between Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan are getting a bit more serious.
As you may recall, The Real Housewives of Miami cast member was first linked to Marcus in the fall of 2022, but Larsa quickly shut down those claims by admitting they were just friends.
In January 2023, Larsa and Marcus went official with the relationship after posting a photo on Instagram confirming their romance. Since then, the two have been inseparable and can’t seem to get enough of each other, which viewers have seen play out on Season 6 of RHOM.
What’s more, Larsa and Marcus are doing so well in their love life that the heir to the Jordan family is shedding new details on his relationship with his girlfriend’s kids.

On Season 6, Episode 11 of RHOM, which aired on January 10, Marcus joined Larsa and her daughter, Sophia Pippen, for dinner. During their meal, Larsa asked Sophia if she was “comfortable” having Marcus around since he was not her dad.
Ultimately, Sophia gave Larsa her official approval on Marcus, noting that “he’s so much fun.” Of course, this was good news for Marcus, who opened up about the personal role he plays with Larsa’s children.
“I think when it comes to Larsa’s kids, you know, I’m not looking to be a secondary parent,” he admitted in a joint confessional with Larsa. “I’m looking to be more so of a support system. The same way I am for Larsa – I want to support her and her kids.”

Also, during the episode, Larsa shared an update on everything happening in Sophia’s life, including her move to the West Coast. “Sophia is a freshman in high school [and] she wanted to go to school in L.A. this year,” the mama bear said in a separate confessional.
With Sophia being in California most of the time, Larsa noted that it's “hard” being away from her teenage daughter, but she’s confident in Scottie Pippen raising her.
Larsa concluded, “Sophia loves being in L.A. and she’s happy and that’s the only thing that I care about.”
