Melissa Gorga Shares an Exciting Update on Antonia’s College Acceptances
The Gorgas started 2023 with some exciting news: Antonia officially has some choices when it comes to her future.
The year is only a few days old, but the Gorga family already has plenty to celebrate.
Melissa and Joe Gorga’s eldest child, Antonia Gorga, is currently in her senior year of high school, and The Real Housewives of New Jersey fans already have a few clues about what her next chapter might entail.
Shortly before Christmas, Melissa posted an Instagram Story of a welcome package for Antonia’s acceptance into Penn State University.
Fast-forward to January 2, and Antonia is adding a few more universities to her list of enrollment options for the fall semester.
“Another one!! Congrats [Antonia Gorga]!!” Melissa wrote in an Instagram Story showing her 17-year-old daughter’s acceptance package to the University of Delaware. She soon followed it up with yet “anothe[r] one,” and this time the letter was from the University of Rhode Island.
Antonia reposted both of her mom’s Instagram Stories, but she has yet to publicly share whether she’s leaning toward a particular school.
Melissa and Antonia have expressed excitement about the various college options, and it could be safe to say that the teen is heading into the decision with more of her “drama-free” mentality.
Shortly before the new year commenced, Melissa opened up during the December 29 episode of her On Display podcast about her daughter’s overall chill demeanor amid her parents’ disagreements with Teresa Giudice and her family.
“Like, she almost giggles at drama [and] laughs at me. She’ll be like, ‘Oh, Mom, please.’ Like, she’s unfazed by the fact that even, you know, her cousins unfollowed her parents on Instagram,” Melissa explained. “She just is like, ‘You know what, Mom? Not your problem, theirs.’”
Fans will have to stay tuned to find out what Antonia will decide when it comes to her college journey.
