This Is How Teresa Felt Watching the Giudice Girls Say Bye to Joe in Italy
The RHONJ Season 10 finale was emotional, to say the least.
The Season 10 finale of The Real Housewives of New Jersey was emotional, to say the least. It followed Teresa Giudice and her four daughters to Italy to visit their dad, Joe Giudice, last November. It featured hugs, tears, and a very real conversation between Teresa and Joe about the future of their marriage. The reunion was particularly intense for their daughters, which Teresa noted in the February 26 episode.
"Joe is out and free and my daughters are reunited with their dad, even if they're gonna definitely have to get on a plane to see him," she said. "This is not the end, so that's how I want my daughters to feel."
Back in December, it was first reported that Teresa and Joe had separated. "Teresa and Joe announced their separation after 20 years of marriage," an update featured in the finale episode reads after the couple discussed ending their marriage earlier in the episode. "Their daughters spent Christmas with Joe in Italy... they are still waiting for a decision on his appeal."
In an interview featured in the episode, Teresa shared what she hopes happens next. "The past five years we've been through a lot," she said. "Of course, I've put everyone else's needs before mine. Hopefully, now, since this chapter's closed, I can start thinking about what makes Teresa happy."
