Teresa Giudice Reveals What Luis “Louie“ Ruelas’ Sisters *Really* Thought When They First Met Her
The RHONJ cast member also shares her surprising history with one of Louie’s sisters.
Teresa Giudice has never been shy about her love for her “chosen sisters,” aka her sisters-in-law Jennifer and Veronica. In fact, The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member often shares her feelings about Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ sisters on social media. Additionally, as viewers saw on the May 2 episode of RHONJ (Season 13, Episode 13), she also isn’t shy to open up about her bond with them in front of her friends and family, as she did when she gave a speech at her bridal shower and included a shout-out to her family, new and old, and many of her friends — but not Melissa Gorga.
Jennifer and Veronica, as well as Louie’s “so sweet” mom, Iris, were at the party, and Teresa noted on the episode how close she has become with her new family. Then, on The Real Housewives of New Jersey After Show, Teresa revealed all on the special connection she has to Louie’s siblings, as well as the deeper history she shares with one of them.
“With Louie’s sisters, we have a great relationship. Jennifer knew me from watching the show. She came to one of my book signings a long time ago,” she explained on the RHONJ After Show before sharing what Veronica’s first reaction was to meeting the RHONJ OG, which you can see in the above clip.

Louie’s sister Veronica was, of course, on hand for the pre-wedding celebration, and Teresa previously spoke more about their relationship. “Happy Birthday to the sister I’ve always dreamed of. Veronica you have the most beautiful, wonderful soul I have ever encountered,” she said on Instagram. “Veronica when you enter a room it is as if a goddess walked in. You are beautiful and such a special powerful woman. I love you beyond words, thank you for being so amazing to me.”
“Thank you to my beautiful sisters in love for always giving me a reason to smile,” Teresa shared in another Instagram post. And in yet another post, she added, “I really do have the best in-laws, thankful for you every day.”
Louie, meanwhile, has made it clear that he feels nothing but joy over how close Teresa and his family have become, writing on Instagram, “Sisters can be a best friend too. My sisters have always kept it real with me in good times [and] bad, thru pain and suffering, [and] always with LOVE. I want you both to know how much I LOVE [and] RESPECT you! I promise to always be there for you. Thank you for loving me the way you do [and] for loving my wife the way you do, seeing you three together makes me so happy.”
