On Season 7 of The Real Housewives of Potomac, Mia’s health has been a topic of discussion among the ladies.

In February, Mia shared on Instagram that she was going through a health battle, but she didn’t offer many details on exactly what she was dealing with.

“Same time last week, Doc called at 7:31a.m. — Mia I’m so sorry but your test results came back and I need you to go to Johns Hopkins Cancer Center today for further evaluation,” Mia wrote in the caption of her post on February 25. “You can only imagine the overwhelming amount of emotion G[ordon Thornton] and I endured trying to figure out why. However, even with such terrible news, I felt an extreme amount of peace and energy instilled that allowed me to remain strong.”

She also noted that she had “not been diagnosed as of yet,” but she was meeting with “specialists every day.”

Gizelle Bryant said she was “confused” by the post, while Robyn Dixon thought it was “very vague,” “open-ended,” and “attention-seeking.” Though Dr. Wendy Osefo supported Mia to the group, in a hot-mic moment, she called her fellow cast member a “liar.”

On the show, Mia later opened up more about her health, saying she had a “few lumps,” but they were not cancerous. In Episode 3, she told the ladies that the lumps and her “swollen lymph node” would have to be removed, but she was going to wait until the summer to have the surgery.

Fast-forward to Mia’s appearance on the November 13 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, and the mom of three had a positive update on the status of her health.

“Health is good,” Mia tells host Andy Cohen in the clip above.

She also says that she found Wendy’s hot-mic moment to be “shady” but not overly surprising.

“I actually expect that from her,” Mia says.
