Jen Shah Sentenced in Wire Fraud Case
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member appeared in court in NYC on January 6 for the sentencing hearing.
On January 6, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s Jen Shah arrived at a federal courthouse in Manhattan for her sentencing hearing.
On Friday, she was sentenced to 78 months (6.5 years) in prison after she pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud back in July 2022, according to NBC News. She has six weeks until she must surrender to the Bureau of Prisons on February 17, at which time she will be told where to report next. NBC News also reports that Shah will be subject to five years of supervised release once she gets out.
Shah’s family, including her two sons, Sharrieff Shah Jr. and Omar Shah, and her husband, Sharrieff Shah, were in attendance supporting her for the court appearance.
