Jennie Nguyen Reveals All of Her Daughter’s Hidden Talents

Jennie Nguyen's daughter, Karlyn, might be the youngest of Jennie's three kids, but she already has quite a catalog of skills! In addition to offering a glimpse of Karlyn's impressive piano-playing in The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City's Season 2 premiere, recently, Jennie took to Instagram to share more cute moments of her 9-year-old daughter showcasing her talents while also having some holiday fun.

"Author, professional joke teller, and performer," wrote Jennie in the caption of the December 2 post, which featured a video of Karlyn getting into the spirit of the holidays with a humorous lip sync to a cover of Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas Is You" while donning a Santa hat.

Though Karlyn was putting on a playful performance, fellow RHOSLC cast member Lisa Barlow chimed in to reveal that Jennie's daughter actually does have singing chops. "And the girl can really sing!!!" wrote Lisa in the comments. And, as Jennie had mentioned, in addition to her talented daughter's singing and performing skills, Karlyn is also a published author with her very own children's book, The Mysterious Forest.

The mom of three, who also has two sons, Atlas and Triton, with her husband Duy Tran, also shared another festive moment with her daughter as they posed together in front of their Christmas tree. "Christmas starts the day after Thanksgiving in our house! I love putting up the tree and decorating the house with my kids!" Jennie wrote in the caption of her November 30 post, which featured the mother-daughter duo smiling together in matching red attire.

Jennie also captured a sweet moment between two of her kids with a photo of Karlyn hugging her older brother. She wrote in the caption, "The happiest thing for a mom is knowing that your children love each other."
