The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kathy Hilton's husband and real estate magnate, Rick Hilton, has a brand new business venture.
Kathy's husband and oldest son, Barron Hilton, announced on Feb. 26 through The Hollywood Reporter that they are opening a brand new real estate brokerage firm, Hilton Hilton.

Rick Hilton and Barron Hilton's New Brokerage Firm, Hilton Hilton
After leaving their former brokerage that Rick co-founded, Hilton & Hyland, in 2022, Rick and Barron are now a part of Hilton Hilton, per The Hollywood Reporter, along with Barron's wife, Tessa, who serves as the co-CEO.
This new real estate firm, which has launched with a "small group of agents," according to The Hollywood Reporter, aims to bridge "the gap between old and young buyers, while injecting a sense of culture and community to the traditionally cold and transactional industry."
According to the Hilton Hilton website, this new firm wants to "modernize the real estate industry" by "curating a community of discerning real estate enthusiasts who value authenticity, integrity, and personalized service." They aim to do this by reimagining the typical open house, which involves hosting events in their properties on the market that will create a connection to potential buyers.
"We created the true gold standard of luxury real estate brokering decades ago and I am excited to continue this legacy alongside my son and daughter-in-law into the next generation with Hilton Hilton," Rick told The Hollywood Reporter.
Kathy's brother-in-law and RHOBH cast member, Kyle Richards' husband, Mauricio Umansky, got his start in real estate as an agent at Hilton & Hyland, before he left and started his own firm, The Agency, in 2011.
Kathy Hilton's Appearance at the RHOBH Season 13 Reunion
In other Hilton news, Kyle did say during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that she would like to see her older sister on RHOBH. And she will be — just, in her own way.
Kathy will be making an appearance at the Season 13 reunion. In a trailer for the reunion, Kathy can be seen walking on to set and sitting next to Kyle, set to answer some questions from the reunion's host, Andy Cohen.
Kathy told Access Hollywood on Feb. 19 that viewers can expect to see her supporting her younger sister while in the hot seat.
"Of course, I love my sister, and I wanted to be there for her," Kathy said. "Of course, she's been through a very, very tough year and when they asked me, I said 'With great pleasure.'"
"Who wouldn't want to be at that reunion? People would buy tickets, I'm telling you," she added.
Viewers will be able to see Kathy support Kyle when the RHOBH Season 13 reunion kicks off on Wednesday, Feb. 28 at 8/7c on Bravo. Uncensored and extended versions of the episodes will be able to stream the next day on Peacock.
