Scheana Reveals Her Daughter, Summer Moon, “Had a Fall” and Broke Her Arm
The Vanderpump Rules cast member provided a quick update on her “little trooper.”
Scheana Shay’s Palm Springs getaway included an unfortunate “first.”
Just hours after arriving in the resort city, the Vanderpump Rules cast member found herself at urgent care with her 2-year-old daughter, Summer Moon. Scheana posted an Instagram Story that showed her little one somberly sitting in the waiting room while holding her right arm.
Scheana’s daughter gets treated for a forearm injury
“Summer Moon had a fall and now we are at urgent care,” she captioned the post.
Scheana returned to Instagram later that day and shed more light on Summer Moon’s injury.
“What happened?” she asked her daughter, who was wearing a cast at the time. “Did you break your forearm?”
The toddler appeared to be in high spirits, as she let out a few giggles while enjoying her sippy cup.
“Glad one of us is smiling,” Scheana added.
The former SURver went on to share another photo of Summer Moon back at their vacation house. And yes, the toddler was still all smiles.
“Mama’s little trooper,” the Vanderpump Rules mom captioned the picture.
Scheana said Summer Moon was given a temporary cast and would receive a permanent one in the following days.
“Thank you to everyone who has reached out and asked about how she’s doing,” Scheana said in a July 23 Instagram Story. “She’s doing good.”
Brock Davies provides an update on his daughter’s condition
Scheana’s husband, Brock Davies, also documented the incident on his Instagram account. The New Zealand native posted a photo of Scheana kissing their daughter on the head as they waited on the medical staff.
“Our little girl took her first visit to the emergency room,” Brock wrote, before uploading another picture of Summer Moon wearing a cast. “Our little legend. All smiles.”
Scheana didn’t provide any details on how Summer Moon broke her arm, but it’s clear the youngster will be just fine. There is one small problem, however: “She doesn’t want the [arm] sling to hold it,” Scheana wrote on Instagram.
Scheana and Brock’s Relationship
Scheana and Brock welcomed Summer Moon in April 2021, more than a year before their extravagant wedding in Mexico. The ceremony was featured in Vanderpump Rules Season 10, but it turned out the couple was already legally married at the time of the celebration.
Scheana discussed the shocking news during the Season 10 reunion special, saying she and Brock secretly tied the knot about a year before she walked down the aisle.
“We wanted to celebrate our love privately,” she told host Andy Cohen, before mentioning her husband’s residency status. “We share a child together, we live together, so with the green card and all that, I was like, ‘Let’s get it going. I want to marry you.’ It was nice to have that little secret for us, because we didn’t get married for anyone other than us.”
