Lilly Ghalichi Reveals the Sex of Her Second Child at Her Lavish Baby Shower
The Shahs of Sunset alum celebrated baby No. 2 alongside a guest list of familiar faces from across Bravo.
Lilly Ghalichi is sharing an exciting update on her pregnancy. The Shahs of Sunset alum took to Instagram on Monday, March 28 to reveal the sex of her baby, and to share a peek inside her recent lavish baby shower in celebration of her second child. And, yes, it was just as glam as you’d imagine.
"It’s official, I’m going to be a BOY MOM!!" Lilly wrote in the caption of her post announcing the happy news, alongside a series of captures from the blue-and-white themed baby shower. She went on to add, "Make some noise if you're ready to go INSIDE my shower!!!"
Lilly, who gave birth to her baby girl, Alara Mir, in September 2018, also shared a look at her luxurious celebration in her Instagram Stories, which included several posts from baby shower guest, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum, Gretchen Rossi.
"So happy for you guys," Gretchen wrote in the Instagram Stories, which included a glimpse at the elaborate table setting at the baby shower, a sweet capture of Lilly and her hubby on the dancefloor, as well as a stunning group snapshot with Lilly, Dara, Gretchen, and Gretchen's husband Slade Smiley.
Gretchen also went on to comment on Lilly's baby news, writing, "Yeah!!! So happy for you guys! This was such an epic celebration [and] we had the best time! Every detail was perfection! We love you guys."
Shahs of Sunset cast members, Reza Farahan and Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi, also attended the happy occasion and revealed glimpses at the fun-filled event, complete with a live band, 360 mirror photo booth experience, and lots of dancing.
"Such an amazing night with my boys [Adam Neely] [and] [Reza] celebrating our girl [Lilly]'s Baby Mir baby shower!" wrote GG in the caption of her March 27 post, which featured Reza, his husband, Adam, and GG having a blast with the baby shower's interactive photo booth.
Adam couldn’t help but comment on GG’s post, writing, “I had the two best dates there!"
Reza also shared a series of captures from the fabulous fête, and offered a sweet message to Lilly and her husband, Dara Mir, writing in the caption of his post, "Blessings on blessings to Baby Mir. Congratulations [Lilly] and Dara."
Lilly expressed how much she appreciated her Shahs pals, commenting, "Love you so much!! Thank you guys for coming."
In addition to her glamorous baby shower, Lilly recently revealed that she is in the second trimester of her pregnancy, and also displayed her adorable baby bump in an Instagram post earlier this month, writing, "5 months down."
Last year, the Shahs alum had opened up about her desire to grow her family in an interview with Bravo Insider's Life After Bravo, saying, "I still want more kids. I'm 38 years old now. So for anyone out there that's watching, it's not too late for you. OK? You can have babies into your 40s if you want."
