Shannon Storms Beador Returns to the OC “with a Tear-Streaked Face” After Dropping Sophie at College

Shannon Storms Beador is officially the mother of a college student. The Real Housewives of Orange County mom has dropped her daughter, Sophie Beador, off at Baylor University in Texas and is headed back home deep in her feelings.

"Heading home to the OC with a tear-streaked face and my best friend since elementary school. Sophie is staying in Texas and is officially a college student. My emotions are all over the place. So proud she is starting the next chapter of her life, and then crying my eyes out because she is starting the next chapter of her life. Can’t wait to see where life takes you @sophiebeador," the proud mama shared on Instagram, posting a selfie that pretty much mirrors the plane selfie she posted when she dropped Sophie off, but the new photo features a swap out of her seat mate

From the moment the RHOC daughter got into Baylor, Sophie definitely couldn't hold back her excitement, writing, "I couldn’t be more excited to be attending @bayloruniversity next fall!! Thank you Jesus for this insane blessing!!"

"So proud of my little girl who was accepted to [Baylor University! I can’t wait to watch you make your dreams come true [Sophie]!" Shannon shared on Instagram earlier this year.

This week, the trio have been taking in some local sights and grabbing food at some of the hotspots around Waco to finally mark Sophie's big move. And just one day before Shannon and her bestie trekked back home, they celebrated Sophie's next chapter with a "farewell dinner," with Shannon adding, "going to miss her beyond."
