How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New York City on Bravo Tuesdays at 9/8c and stream next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

After Sonja joined The Real Housewives of New York City in Season 3, Bravoholics got to see the New York City home throughout 10 seasons, as Sonja renovated the houserented it out, had her interns take care of it, put it on the market, and then subsequently took it off the market. Now, the townhouse is officially up for sale via Concierge Auctions.

Sonja Morgan is auctioning off her New York City townhouse

According to the New York Post, on May 29, Concierge Auctions will sell Sonja's property online with luxury broker Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group. Paulina Kimbel, vice president of business development at Concierge Auctions, says there will be no minimum to kick off the sale and beginning bids are "expected to range between $1.75 million to $3.75 million."

“This townhouse has been our cherished home for decades,” Sonja said in a statement. “In addition to raising my daughter here, we entertained heads of state, royalty, luminaries and Fortune 500 CEOs. Many memories were made over the years, including hosting my daughter’s friends from boarding school and university, and so many noteworthy moments were filmed by NBC for Bravo and Peacock TV."

The home, which you can revisit in the video above, has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, an elevator, a home gym, a sauna, a library, an 800-square-foot basement, a serene outdoor area with a fountain and koi pond, and more.

“Now, as an empty nester, I am ready to share this turnkey, easy-to-manage jewel over to someone new to enjoy as we did," Sonja continued in her statement. "The auction process aligns with my goal to sell at market value in an efficient and timely manner. It’s now finally the time to take advantage of the moment.”

Is Sonja Morgan leaving New York City?

When Sonja appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on March 6, she revealed she was parting ways with the townhouse, though she didn't share where she would be moving.

During a chat with Interview published on April 19, the NYC mom said she was "looking forward to moving on and being more of an artist again," teasing the idea of leaving the Big Apple.

"I’ll always be a New Yorker, but I’m definitely going to be going somewhere warm where I can do my thing," she stated. "I’m thinking about California, because my daughter [Quincy] lives there now." Additionally, she noted, her "bestie Josh Flagg lives there."
