Mourning the official end of summer? Well, allow Sophia Umansky to get you in the autumn mood.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter kicked off the new season with a “fall-themed girls’ night” at her mother Kyle Richards’ Encino home. Sophia showed off the cozy get-together in a series of TikTok and Instagram posts, beginning with a video of her afternoon preparations.

“Come with me to set up for a fall-themed girls’ night,” she said in a September 21 video. “I wanted to do some arts and crafts — paint some pumpkins, paint some wine glasses. So I went to Target [and] got a candle; some Halloween candies, [and] some alcohol, obviously. Then I got the wine glasses we would be painting.”
After grabbing a pumpkin spice latte (“for the fall vibes,” of course), Sophia headed to the arts and hobby supply store Michael’s. She picked out a handful of plastic pumpkins as well as some acrylic paint and paintbrushes.

Sophia then returned to her family home and began setting up in the informal dining area. She covered the table with brown paper bags and then arranged all the painting supplies.
“I started setting up everyone’s station with one pumpkin and a wine glass to paint,” Sophia said before lighting a candle and placing a candy bowl on the table. “Unpopular opinion: I, personally, love candy corn so, obviously, had to put some out.”
Once she completed the table prep, Sophia went up to her room, blow-dried her, and changed into some cute, leopard-print pajamas. She then returned downstairs and put on the classic Halloween flick It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.
Sophia’s friends arrived shortly after and began making a charcuterie board that included nuts, grapes, crackers, and a variety of cheeses.
The Beverly Hills daughter shared another video of her and her girls baking some cookies and watching a horror movie in the living room. Sophia also showed off the colorful pumpkins the group had painted and asked her Instagram followers to vote for their favorite.
Sophia explains why she still lives at her parents' home
Sophia moved back in with her family after graduating from George Washington University in 2022. The West Coast native, who earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology, now works with her family at The Agency — the global real estate brokerage founded by her father, Mauricio Umansky.
In the year following her parents’ split, Sophia revealed if she planned to move out of Kyle’s Encino house and get her own place.
“As of now, I’m staying in this home, because this house is kind of irreplaceable,” she confirmed in an August Amazon Live stream. “And I have a lot of dogs. I don’t even know where I could go with this many dogs, honestly.”
