Soon enough Kathryn C. Dennis will have two bundles of joy on her hands. But for the time being, the Southern Charm mom and her daughter, Kensington, are getting in on some mother-daughter time at the pumpkin patch. The Halloween-themed festivities took place this week — and we have to say that Kathryn, who is expecting a son this December, is glowing.
