Shep Rose confronts Craig Conover about his relationship with Paige DeSorbo
While at a group dinner in Jamaica on Season 9, Episode 12, which aired on December 7, Shep tried to end the night early after things got heated between Austen Kroll and Olivia Flowers amid the Taylor Ann Green love drama.
“Ladies and gentlemen, we’re going back to the hotel it is not a short drive,” Shep announced.
Despite Shep’s efforts to end the chaos, Craig didn’t think it was the right time to do so. “Sit down. Your girlfriend is crying over here, and we’re trying to fix sh-t," he told Shep.
However, Shep thought Craig should be the last person trying to fix a relationship since he never discusses his and Paige's issues with the group.
“You’re a guy that gets off scot-free because your f-cking girlfriend lives in New York, and your relationship isn’t under a microscope. Don’t you understand that?” Shep yelled at Craig.
Craig Conover reacts to Shep Rose’s criticism
In a confessional, Shep explained his thoughts on Craig being hypocritical for not talking to the friend group about Paige. “You know we give Austen a hard time because he never confides in us. I don’t think Craig really confides either," Shep admitted. "He has no friction in his life that we know about. There might be some, we don’t know about it.”
As for Craig’s response to his friend’s honesty? He told Shep, “None of this bothers me, buddy. You just ruined everything."
