Did Stephanie Hollman Ever Hear From the Oklahoma Home Owners After That Salsa Prank?

Kary Brittingham's salsa prank during The Real Housewives of Dallas girls' trip to Oklahoma will go down as one of the most jaw-dropping in Bravo history. The RHOD crew was memorably not so amused by the joke featured in the April 13 episode, but what did the owners of the home the ladies rented think about it?

One fan, as well as Andy Cohen, wondered just that during the April 27 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, asking guest Stephanie Hollman if the owners of the house ever contacted her after the salsa prank aired on RHOD. "No, they did not, believe it or not," she said during the WWHL After Show (clip above). "We got it pretty clean, so there was no evidence until they watched the episode. We were able to get everything out."

Andy playfully noted to Stephanie that it seemed like the RHOD cast "left a trail of destruction in Oklahoma" after watching the episode. "It may be a while before you can go back there," he joked about Stephanie returning to her home state in the future, to which she replied, "Exactly, yes. I'm gonna have to definitely wait a while, yes."

Kary showed remorse for her prank during the April 13 episode of RHOD, which she did in response to Tiffany Moon setting off a "stink bomb" in her room in Oklahoma. “I definitely think I overreacted last night," Kary said. "Obviously, when I was doing it, I was thinking that I was messing up Stephanie’s trip and so I spent all last night doing laundry, cleaning up, so today looks like nothing happened.” 

Kary also later reflected more on her behavior during the Oklahoma trip in a post on Instagram on April 13. "I have definitely learned a lot and I’m so thankful for my friendships that are helping me become a better person and not abandoning me through my hardest times," she wrote in the post, which featured a photo of herself and Stephanie during the getaway.

One of the Dallas Housewives has actually returned to Oklahoma since the so-called "salsagate." It was revealed in the RHOD Season 5 finale, which aired on April 27, that Tiffany took her twin daughters Chloe and Maddie camping and Bigfoot hunting in Oklahoma after the season wrapped. Tiffany's husband, Daniel Moon, also tagged along, as you can see in the below Instagram post from the vacay.
