There's never a dull moment when you're with the Summer House crew. As Kyle Cooke once famously declared, "Summer should be fun!" — and even after warm weather seasons spent together, the group is still finding new ways to have a blast. On the March 21 episode, the friends headed to the backyard for a night of camping festivities. Feeling inspired? Read on for a few helpful essentials for pulling off a campout of your own.

The Summer House group always goes all out for parties, so it's no surprise that even something as simple as a night under the stars transformed their Hamptons backyard into the ideal campground. The group had cozy sleeping bags, trendy water bottles, cute tents, and even backpacks to keep their goodies in. Oh, and a little friendly competition, too: Lawn games, scavenger hunts, truth-or-dare, and other outdoor favorites.

Long after the activities ended, things started to heat up... until it rained. But hey, there's only so much you can plan for. So if you're dreaming up your own Summer House-inspired camping trip, you'll love this list of backyard camping essentials.

No yard? No problem. Alternatively, it's everything you need to turn your basement or living room into the perfect camping-inspired fort. However, we definitely don't recommend using a fire pit indoors. S'mores, though? You can whip those up pretty much anywhere.

Camping is a great bonding activity. Instead of hitting up the bars, shake up your friend group's go-to plans with a camping night — even better if your crew has a Danielle Olivera ready to emcee the festivities. It could also be a sweet idea for date night. (We're looking at you, Ciara Miller and newcomer West Wilson.) This season has showed them hitting it off at the beginning of the summer — by cooking dinner together, to Amanda Batula's amused surprise — and getting closer in the Hamptons house and back in New York City.

So, yes: There's a real pop-up tent here too. Summer should be fun, and fun means being prepared for anything.
