During The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills girls' trip to Rome, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave found herself in the middle of it all when she told Denise Richards the rumors she'd heard from Brandi Glanville. By sharing that with Denise, it set off a domino effect of drama. And now she's reflecting on it all in a candid Instagram post.

"I am who I am. I know many of you watch the show for entertainment and to see glimpses into our lives. No matter what, I put it all out there; I cannot choose what makes it on your television. But what’s said or done on camera becomes our reality no matter what. And so I am content knowing I live my life [100] authentically on and off RHOBH and can rest easy despite whatever [s--t] may come my way," she wrote ahead of the August 5 episode of RHOBH, which included the ladies trying to get to the bottom of the gossip.

Before Part 1 of the Rome trip aired on July 29, Teddi shed some light on "Le dramma" that was going to go down: "When in Rome, do as the Housewives do... confront your issues over a pasta dinner."

Spoiler alert: that "dramma" took place over multiple pasta dinners — and the cast reflects on that in the RHOBH Season 10 After Show, above.
