During the July 29 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, fans watched as the ladies touched down in Rome, Italy, marveling over the stunning hotel where they stayed. But their fancy digs were far from the only memorable part of their trip, as Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave recently revealed on Instagram.

On July 29, the mom of three, who was pregnant with daughter Dove at the time, shared a moment from their Rome vacation that was so surprising, it nearly sent her into early labor.  In a snapshot posted to her Instagram Stories, the RHOBH crew can be seen posing alongside one of the city’s famous “living statues.” As Teddi described in the caption, the pic was taken shortly after the street artist gave her a huge shock.  

“This guy scared me so bad when he jumped out of me, I thought I was going to go into labor right then,” she wrote alongside the photo, also adding a laughing face emoji.
