Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Shares Update on Dove After Neurosurgery: "She Is So Strong"
The RHOBH mom opened up about how her five-month-old is doing after her recent procedure.
Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is sharing an update on her daughter, Dove, just a day after confirming that the five-month-old successfully underwent neurosurgery. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member posted a photo from the hospital, where Dove currently remains in recovery, calling her little girl “strong and resilient.”
After previously revealing that Dove had been diagnosed with Lambdoid Craniosynostosis, Teddi confirmed that her baby had completed the necessary corrective procedure on July 31. “Thank you for all your prayers. Baby Dove had a successful surgery. So much gratitude to her amazing surgeons Dr. Danielpour and Dr. Urata and all the loving nurses that will continue to help us care for her as she recovers. We are forever grateful," she wrote on Instagram.
As Dove begins the recovery process, Teddi is keeping her followers clued into her baby’s progress. On August 1, the mom of three shared a snapshot on her Instagram Stories as she remained by her daughter’s side in the hospital. “Long night for my angel baby, but wow, she is so strong and resilient,” she wrote in the caption. “Love her so much.”
As Teddi and husband Edwin Arroyave continue to navigate Dove’s post-op recovery, several of her fellow ‘Wives are making sure to show their support. On July 31, Teddi also shared a photo of a beautiful bouquet of roses sent from several of her castmates and topped with a note that reads in part, “Sending lots of love to Baby Dove and all of you!”
