Teresa Giudice Imagines What Life Might Look Like If Joe Giudice Gets Deported
The RHONJ mom opens up about how a possible deportation would change her family's life forever.
As Joe Giudice and his family await word on what will happen next in his ongoing deportation case, his wife, Teresa Giudice, is opening up about what their life could look like should it be decided he'll get deported back to Italy.
"If he gets deported, he'll never be able to go to their graduation[s], celebrate their birthdays, anything," The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom shared in the exclusive Bravo Insider video, first shared with Bravo Insider members, above on how their four daughters' lives would change. "He's going to be missing out on so much. The girls adore their father and no child should have to go through what my daughters are going through. They should have their daddy here."
To recap: Joe has been fighting to stay in the U.S. since a judge ordered in October 2018 that he be deported back to Italy following the completion of his 41-month prison sentence; he was released in March. He appealed the judge's decision shortly thereafter, but it was denied in April. Last week, a federal judge granted The Real Housewives of New Jersey husband more time to submit his opening brief to the U.S. Court of Appeals as he fights his deportation order. He is currently at a facility in Pennsylvania. Teresa has previously addressed if she would move her and her family to Italy with Joe should that be the final decision.
"When you're a mom and your children are hurting, it just kills you so much," Teresa noted in the video. "If I could take any of this pain away from them, I wish I could."
