Gabriella Giudice gave her mom Teresa Giudice "the best surprise" on a very special day. In an October 20 Instagram post, The Real Housewives of New Jersey mama shared a video of Gabriella — who recently started her college career at the University of Michigan— surprising her sisters in a New Jersey parking lot. The three girls screamed and jumped up and down upon seeing Gabriella, and Teresa shared the reason for the surprise visit in her caption.
"Gabriella gave me the best [surprise] on my Mom’s Birthday!" Teresa wrote, referring to her beloved late mother Antonia Gorga, who passed in 2017. She added: "Wish [I] had captured her [surprising] everyone else, [Gia Giudice] thank you for recording this."
The recording showed Milania Giudice, Audriana Giudice, and Gia all giving their college student sister massive hugs. Milania even teared up at the joyful surprise. The sisters all posed together through happy tears.

Teresa's husband, Luis "Louie" Ruleas, also shared the video in his Instagram feed. "Surprises are the best gifts," the stepdad wrote to caption the post.
In Teresa's Instagram Stories, she shared more from the weekend of family fun. Showing a pot of her classic marinara sauce simmering on the stove, the seasoned home cook said: "Gabriella's waiting for my Sunday sauce. Gabriella, it's cooking! Meatball, sausage, pork rib, yummy." In the background, Gabriella could be heard saying: "I'm excited!"
Later, Teresa showed the Sunday meal out on the table, which was plied with family-style servings of pasta, meat, and salad. After the meal, it seemed that it was time for Gabriella to head back to school. Teresa shared a clip of Audriana hugging her big sister tight, and captioned the video: "Saying goodbye to Gabriella."
Joe Giudice also shared a peek at the sweet surprise in his Instagram Stories, writing: "Gabriella surprising family after 2 months [at college]."

It wasn't long ago that Teresa paid her daughter a visit on her new home turf. To celebrate Gabriella's 19th birthday, which fell on October 4. Teresa and Louie traveled to Michigan to spend some quality time with the college freshman.
Teresa's visit to campus included mother-daughter shopping, a spa day, restaurant trips, and a very special birthday dessert for Gabriella. In one Instagram Story, Gabriella was seen blowing out the candles on a bowl of ice cream after she'd been serenaded with the birthday song.
In another Instagram post, the proud mama said: "I'm with my beautiful Gabriella. I'm so happy we came to celebrate her birthday. I love you, Gabriella."
