Gabriella Giudice is saying goodbye to the Garden State and hello to Ann Arbor, Michigan, as she officially set off for her freshman year of college on Tuesday, August 22.

Gabriella Giudice’s Final Night at Home Before Leaving for College
As Teresa shared in an Instagram Story on August 21, Gabriella spent her last night of the summer break with her family, including her sisters, Gia Giudice, Milania Giudice, and Audriana Giudice.
“I just made Gabriella her last dinner: chicken with spinach,” Teresa said in a video as she showed her followers the dish before turning the camera to Gabriella herself. “Hi, Gabriella! Love you.”
The group then went out for ice cream “as a famiglia,” Teresa said in another Instagram Story. “[Gabriella]’s leaving tomorrow. I’m sad.”
Gabriella Giudice’s Trip to Michigan
Teresa continued to document the following day as she, Louie, and Gabriella headed to the airport to fly to Michigan. But first, Gia made sure to share a sweet goodbye message for her sister on her own Instagram Stories. The 22-year-old, who just graduated from Rutgers University in May, posted a photo of Gabriella in the car as she waved goodbye. “[The University of Michigan] just got really lucky,” Gia wrote. “I love you sister.”
From there, Teresa’s Stories picked back up as she filmed the three in the car. “On our way to Michigan,” she said to the camera. “Hi, Gabriella! Beautiful porcelain doll. Hi, babe! University of Michigan, here we come!”
Once the trio boarded the plane, Teresa shared another video of Gabriella, while Louie posted a selfie of him and Teresa.
Gabriella’s Decision to Attend the University of Michigan
Teresa shared the news about Gabriella’s college decision back in March via Instagram alongside a stunning school photo of her. “I loved you from the moment you opened your eyes. You are a joy, a wonderful daughter, a voice of reason, the greatest big sister,” Teresa wrote. “You, Gabriella, will go on to do great things. You are so kind, inclusive, [and] organized! My mind soars with possibilities for you. Congrats my gorgeous girl[.] Michigan — WOW.”
“I’m so proud of you — as my daughter but especially as a kick ass human!” Teresa’s caption continued. “I love you Gabriella — today [and] all of my tomorrows!”
Gabriella’s dad, Joe Giudice, also congratulated her on social media. “So proud of you Gabriella[.] I know you can achieve anything in life,” he wrote. “[S]o proud to be your Father. You make me look smart.”
