The 'RHOC' doctor dishes on his non-invasive alternative to plastic surgery—and what to expect on season 2 of 'Botched.'

Terry Dubrow's best work as a plastic surgeon has been achieved while helping those under the knife. Now he's taking a less invasive approach.

With his Real Housewives of Orange County star wife Heather by his side, they're premiering an internal, two-part age-fighting skincare system called Consult Beaute on Evine Live starting April 18.

Dr. Dubrow told Market Wired that he's excited at the prospect of helping those outside of an operating room. "While plastic surgery isn't for everyone, every woman deserves to feel beautiful," he says. "I'm an advocate for minimal treatment that helps produce natural-looking results. I believe Consult Beaute's innovative approach to anti-aging will help enhance the natural beauty and look of vitality customers are in search of without surgery."

However, for those of you who are still interested in going the plastic surgery route, you have plenty to look forward to—on his show on E!, Botched, that is. And Terry assures that this season will be a little different from the last.

"Last season we only had 500 or 600 applicants for surgery. This time we had 6,000," he tells People. "We picked the hardest and craziest and the most unfixable stories out there. It's basically season 1 on steroids."
