Eva Marcille welcomed her second child, son Michael Todd Sterling, Jr., on April 13. But if you watched The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 10 reunion, you know it seemed like the fashionista could give birth at any moment.
In fact, Eva said that she had just gotten off the phone with her OG-BYN, Married to Medicine's Dr. Jackie Walters, and she had been having contractions about every 10 minutes. "I'm trying not to have a reunion baby," she said during the sit-down.
Dr. Jackie wasn't about to let Eva's son's first moments on this planet be on those famous reunion couches, either. "We had that under control. Absolutely not," Dr. Jackie told The Daily Dish during a recent interview in New York City. "And I didn't have on makeup that day, so she couldn't deliver."
Married to Medicine fans saw Eva pay a visit to Dr. Jackie prior to the birth of her son in Sunday night's episode, which you can check out, above. And the RHOA mom does look that fabulous all the time. "Eva is fun, hilarious. You never knew what she was gonna have on, whether she was dressing it up or dressing it down," Dr. Jackie shared of what it's like having Eva as a patient. "But whatever she wore, she looked Top Model. She'd come frumpy, looked cute. She'd come all dressed up after having filmed or done whatever she was doing, cute. Big pregnant belly, cute. So how do you pull off cute all the time? Ask Eva."
Dr. Jackie also had the enviable experience of attending Eva's lovely garden-themed bridal shower in August. "She was glowing," Dr. Jackie said. "It was really nice. Just fun, Eva-like. She was walking all Top Model-ish with her nice, flowing, designer gown."
You can also expect to see Dr. Jackie at Eva's upcoming wedding to fiancé Michael Sterling in October. Well, barring any little ones coming into this world, that is. "That's my plan, so long as somebody's not having a baby," Dr. Jackie said.
