Lisa Vanderpump Remembers Her Late Brother: "I Am Shocked and Saddened By His Passing" (UPDATED)

UPDATE (May 16, 2018, 1:52 P.M.): Lisa remembered her brother in a touching Instagram post alongside a photo of her with her sibling, writing, "Rest In Peace big brother." In another post, she added, "It’s been a devastating couple of weeks... one day at a time... I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all your love and support."

UPDATE (May 14, 2018, 4:35 P.M.): SURvers Ariana Madix and James Kennedy both headed to Twitter to support Lisa following the news of her brother's passing. Ariana wrote, "So sad. Love you [Lisa Vanderpump]," along with a heart emoji. Meanwhile, the DJ tweeted out praying hands and heart emojis.

Lisa Vanderpump has confirmed the passing of her brother, Mark Vanderpump, in a statement to the Daily Mail, via E! News. He reportedly died on April 30 at age 59 and leaves behind two sons.

"This has come as a shock to us all. My brother and I had connected the day before this tragedy and I was completely unprepared for this. He was my only sibling and I am shocked and saddened by his passing," The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills friend and Vanderpump Rules boss said in a statement. "I am trying to be supportive to his two young sons that he has left behind, and help them get through this tragedy."

Mark reportedly passed away at his home Gloucestershire, England late last month. He was a DJ and also appeared in the British documentary Gold Diggers and Proud in 2016. Lisa's statement continued, "We appreciate your consideration in this private and extremely difficult family time."

This marks the third loss of a family member for the Vanderpump Rules cast recently. In December, Jax Taylor lost his dad; and just last month Lala Kent's father passed away.
