Dorit Kemsley is probably used to being spoiled for her birthday (remember that $230k Bentley she received last season on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills?), but this year, she got an extra adorable present.

Dorit and PK's son, Jagger, recently helped celebrate his mom's birthday while dressed up in a white tux. Before entering the party, though, he practiced singing "Happy Birthday" in this exclusive video.

Last season, Dorit revealed doctors recommended speech therapy for Jagger to help with his verbal skills, which makes this moment even more special.
