Tracy Tutor Reveals That She Had Coronavirus and “Didn’t Know It”
The Million Dollar Listing agent and her new beau tested positive for COVID-19 antibodies.
As coronavirus continues to impact countries around the world, Tracy Tutor is revealing that she contracted the virus several months ago and didn’t even know it. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent says that she and her new boyfriend, Erik Anderson, both experienced symptoms of COVID-19 in the earliest days of the pandemic, but didn’t realize that’s what it was until undergoing antibody tests weeks later.
In a recent interview on Radio Andy's Reality Checked, the real estate agent says she and Erik first began experiencing symptoms while on vacation. “We went to Mexico together and we both had COVID and we didn’t know it,” she said, according to People magazine. “When we got back and everybody was in full lockdown, we kind of looked at each other and said, ‘Well, let’s just stick together.'"
After she began feeling ill, Tracy says she went to the doctor, but was told she didn’t qualify for the test because she didn’t have enough symptoms. “This was kind of before everybody really knew what was going on,” she said of the experience, also noting that her symptoms faded after only a few days.
It wasn’t until a month later that she and Anderson were able to receive antibody tests, which indicate whether someone has been infected with the virus in the past. “We both took two different antibody tests,” she said, revealing that she and Anderson each tested positive for COVID-19 antibodies.
Tracy isn’t the only Bravoleb to open up about her experience with coronavirus lately. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Shereé Whitfield recently revealed she had tested positive for the virus. In June, The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Jennifer Aydin also shared that she had donated her plasma to help other COVID-19 patients, several weeks after her own coronavirus recovery.
