Here's What Tracy Tutor's Ex-Husband Thinks of Her Boyfriend Erik Anderson

Could marriage be in the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles broker's future?

How Would Ryan Serhant Perform in Los Angeles?

Tracy Tutor is in romantic bliss with boyfriend Erik Anderson these days, but her ex-husband, Jason Maltas, is still very much in her life. That's not only because they are co-parenting teen daughters Juliet and Scarlett, but also for a very real estate reason.

When Tracy appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on November 4, along with her Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles castmates, a member of the virtual audience asked the broker if her ex has met her boyfriend and, if so, what he thinks of him. "Actually, they have met," Tracy revealed during the WWHL After Show (clip above). "They had a run-in — without my knowledge, by the way — because Jason is currently doing the remodel on Hillcrest."

Hillcrest is, of course, the property Tracy purchased in the November 4 episode of MDLLA in a touching moment with Josh Flagg in which he gave up his commission from representing the seller in the deal in order to meet her best and final offer. After hearing that Tracy's ex-husband is doing the remodel on her new home, Andy Cohen remarked on WWHL, "Wow. I love it. So you keep your exes close."

"Well, let's put it this way: We've definitely come full circle," Tracy said in response. "So the two of them have met and have been around each other a few times, so it's all good."

Jason appeared in Tracy's first season of MDLLA, Season 10, while they were still married at the time. However, at the end of the season, it was revealed that Tracy and Jason had decided to get a divorce after 17 years together.

Following Tracy and Jason's divorce, her family took a break from appearing on MDLLA. However, we're now seeing her eldest daughter, Juliet, on the show again this season, which was the result of Tracy and Jason coming "full circle in our own friendship again" and in parenting their children, she told PEOPLE in an interview in September. "I said, look, I think Juliet really wants to participate this season. I think it's time we put that part behind us. I think we're in a good place and he agreed," Tracy shared. "She really enjoyed shooting with me, which was fun."

As far as what's next for Tracy and Erik, who first met in late 2019 while working out at the gym, could marriage be in their future? During a game of "Real Estate of Affairs" in Thursday night's episode of WWHL, Andy asked his guests, "Who thinks Erik will propose to Tracy by year's end?" Josh Flagg, Josh Altman, James Harris, and David Parnes all raised their hands in unanimous agreement that Erik will get down on one knee soon. "It looks like you've got a lot of votes there," Andy said, before concluding, "It's a sweep!"
