Vanderpump Dogs Celebrates 2 Years in Business: Guess How Many Dogs Have Been Adopted
Lisa Vanderpump and the Vanderpump Dogs team have so much to celebrate.
Mazels all around! Vanderpump Rules and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills animal advocate Lisa Vanderpump is celebrating a huge milestone: her rescue organization, Vanderpump Dogs, just celebrated two years in business! But that's not all: the Los Angeles-based rescue center boasts that they have had 900 dogs adopted to forever homes! An Instagram post on the Vanderpump Dogs Instagram reads: "2 YEARS.... 900 DOGS ADOPTED TO FOREVER HOMES.... and we’re just getting started!!!! Thank you to all of our amazing followers, supporters & dog loving friends for the continued support in helping us create a more humane life for ALL dogs, worldwide. Together we can make a difference!"
Executive Director of The Vanderpump Dog Foundation, Dr. John Sessa, was also celebrating via social media. He wrote in an Instagram post, "Happy two year anniversary to [Vanderpump Dogs] - we have saved so many lives and made such a difference in such a short time! Here’s to the staff and rescues who make the place what it is! I am so proud to be a part of this amazing team!"
Vanderpump Dogs officially opened two years ago, on March 2, 2017. In their first year of business about 500 dogs were saved and re-homed. A Vanderpump Dogs rescue center in China is also almost ready to open. Hear more about the organization in the videos above.
