Wait, Andy Cohen Was Almost 'The Bachelor'?
"You are barking up the wrong tree," he told producers.
In the days before Housewives had him on their speed dials, Andy Cohen's love life was coming up roses. Well, almost.
"I got a call once years ago before anybody knew who I was. My picture was in W magazine, and the producers of The Bachelor called," the Bravo boss HollywoodLife.com. "They were calling to see if I would ever be interested in going through the casting process."
But before any bromance with Chris Harrison could bloom, Andy shot down the ABC suits. "I said, 'You are barking up the wrong tree. Unless The Bachelor is going in a different direction.'"
Now, instead of crushing women's hearts and leaving them to cry alone in limos, the WWHL host is giving ladies his straightforward advice for hooking a keeper. "Time together not 'putting it in' allows you to get to know him. Some women on our shows ignore this advice, and a lot follow it -- for all their big boobs and hair and makeup, most of our Housewives are a pretty traditional bunch sexually," the Mazel master tells Glamour. "And you know, women deserve to be treated like queens. It's OK to be wooed!"
