Vicki Gunvalson Addresses Calling Her Ex Steve Lodge
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum opened up about a night of calling *all* her exes with her pal Shannon Storms Beador, while also spilling about her new BF.
Vicki Gunvalson appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on August 2. While in the Clubhouse, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum opened up about a recent call she allegedly made to ex-fiancé Steve Lodge. She also shared her thoughts on why Steve claims that Vicki “won’t leave him alone.”
Did Vicki Gunvalson call Steve Lodge?
A WWHL caller had this pointed question for the insurance pro: “What is your reaction to Steve Lodge going to the press saying that you won’t leave him alone?” The fan added that her ex has alleged that she’s been leaving him voicemails.
Laughing, Vicki replied: “OK, that’s a lie. I’ve blocked out his number; he’s blocked out my number.”
However, she then did go on to explain there was one night at Shannon Storms Beador’s house where they “decided to call all my exes: Donn, Brooks, Steve — all of them!”
Shannon, who appeared in the Clubhouse with Vicki, corroborated. “We did,” the Real for Real founder affirmed. Vicki added: “[Steve] wants to be famous so bad. I mean, the poor guy really wants to be famous.”
Vicki Gunvalson’s New Beau
Though her relationship with Steve fizzled out in 2021, there is a new man in Vicki’s life: Michael Smith. When Andy asked Vicki how he is doing, the OC mom shared an update.
“I have a new boyfriend for a year and a half now,” she said. “He doesn’t want to be famous, he doesn’t have social media. But apparently, he does follow instructions.”
“I gave him 18 things on date one. This is what you need to be,” Vicki shared. She added that both of her kids, Briana Culberson and Michael Wolfsmith, are “good” with her new beau. And Vicki seems to have a tight relationship with her boyfriend’s kid.

Shannon Storms Beador opens up about her ex John Janssen
Vicki wasn’t the only one talking exes in the Clubhouse on August 2. Shannon also provided an update on her relationship with her ex-boyfriend John Janssen.
During Shannon’s appearance with Vicki on WWHL, she mentioned that she and John had recently been to a club together, noting, “We spend time together. One day at a time. We have fun when we do things together.”
Unfortunately, Shannon is not as close with John’s daughter as Vicki seems to be with Olivia. “I don’t have a positive relationship with John’s daughter, which happens often in blended families,” Shannon remarked.
