Captain Glenn Shephard Reveals the Photo on His Cabin Wall Is of "Someone Very Special"
That isn't the only sentimental pic in the Below Deck Sailing Yacht captain's room.
On Below Deck Sailing Yacht, Captain Glenn Shephard notably shares a room with a fellow crew member instead of having his own separate captain's quarters. So, we get to see a lot of the captain's cabin throughout the season.
In Season 2 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, fans have noticed that Captain Glenn has a photo hanging on the wall above his bed. The Parsifal III boss finally shed some light on who's in that pic while answering a viewer's question about the snap on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on June 14. "That's someone very close to me, someone very special," Captain Glenn revealed. "I'm not gonna say more than that."
That isn't the only photo Captain Glenn has on display in his cabin. There's also another framed photo on the mirror to the right of his bed.
That appears to be a picture of Captain Glenn's father, which he previously shared on Instagram last year. According to Captain Glenn's caption of the snap, it was taken at Lamai Beach, Koh Samui, Thailand in 1989. "Dad would have been 93 today. Some of my greatest memories are of traveling with my parents," Captain Glenn wrote in the post, listing several of the destinations he visited with his parents around the world. "The adventures we shared. I won the lottery being born into this family."
When it comes to Captain Glenn's latest adventures on Below Deck Sailing Yacht, his family has been incredibly supportive. "My mom loves the show," Captain Glenn said during an Instagram Live chat with Below Deck Mediterranean alum João Franco in March. "My brother, his family, they all love it."
