Here's Why Marc Daly "Is Riding for" Nene Leakes, According to Kenya Moore

Kenya Moore claimed her husband "is always kissing Nene's ass" in the RHOA After Show.

By Laura Rosenfeld

Kenya Moore's beef with Nene Leakes is alive and well, but that hasn't stopped Marc Daly from maintaining his friendship with Nene and her husband, Gregg Leakes, much to Kenya's chagrin. Marc even asked Kenya and Nene to put all of their drama aside so that everyone could attend his upcoming charity event during the February 23 episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

However, Kenya didn't appreciate her husband's mediation. "I had a problem with the fact that he is always kissing Nene's ass from meeting her once or twice, and she introduced Gregg to him," Kenya explained during The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 12 After Show, above. "So somehow that made him feel so good and so important that he is riding for her."

In Kenya's mind, if she is having issues with Nene, Marc should support his wife and not continue his friendship with the Atlanta Housewife. "I'm like, but what about me? I'm your wife. You need to ride for me. If someone mistreats me, they mistreat you. We are family. We're one," Kenya said. "So I don't understand why if I'm constantly telling you this woman is evil to me, she's talking about our unborn child, she has said and done nasty things, why do you like her?"

Nene said in the After Show that she has reached out to Kenya multiple times in an effort to extend an olive branch and move past their drama. However, she said that Kenya has not responded to any of her messages.

"I think that she thinks it's great to argue with me. I think that she thinks that this will keep us in the press because her mind thinks like that. She thinks that if I'm gonna argue with anybody, it should be Nene," she said. "So she was thinking, 'Oh, argue with Nene, this is going to be great. I'm gonna be out doing press talking about it,' because she could have accepted the olive branch 10 times over; she just wanted to continue to argue."
