You Need to See This Photo of Kim Zolciak-Biermann from 1997

It's no secret that Kim Zolciak-Biermann shares a lot about her life on social media, from her high school bullies to her losses.  

Kim celebrates all moments, big and small, happy or sad. So, when her daughter Brielle Biermann turned 23, the beauty business owner took to Instagram and shared the ultimate throwback post as a tribute.

In the post, we see a young Kim in a hospital bed, holding little Brielle after she was born. The photo features a completely different version of Kim than we're used to seeing! The pic from 1997 was just the first of many memories Kim shared of herself and Brielle from throughout the years.

The proud mama's caption was equally as sweet: "Happy 23rd Birthday to my ride or die... @briellebiermann my motivation from the start. My heartbeat living outside my body, my strength when I was weak, my joy when I was sad! My feisty, beautiful, witty, thoughtful, wine connoisseur, beach craving twin. I love you far beyond what words could ever describe! These 23 years have been one hell of a ride and there isn't one day I would change! That's a lie.. I wish we never got stuck in an elevator. Cheers to another million years together! Can't wait to see what this year and every year beyond brings you. I'm so proud to be your Mom. You will always be my Ellie Belly Boo."
