Britney Spears has found the secret recipe that keeps her at her ideal weight. In a recent Instagram post, the singer announced, "I just lost the four pounds that I've been wanting to lose, but now these are the fruits and vegetables that I eat to keep it all off." And in the next slide, Spears posted a chart that showed off recommended foods to cope with everything from headaches to fatigue and stress.
Stress is a condition we assume you can relate to (just us?), so here's what's recommended for that: A mix of bananas, strawberries, and pears. For memory loss, the chart claims that pomegranate, beets, and grapes will help out. The chart is quite expansive, and as The Rachel Zoe Project alum Brad Goreski noted in the comments: "This lists almost every vegetable known to mankind."
It's not just weight loss that Britney's after, either. In her caption, the singer wrote, "I have weak eyes and stress and asthma and headaches. So this chart has helped me so much with those problems .... and my weight!!! Whoop whoop."
