Cake baker Miriam Osei of BCakeNY created an impossibly high rainbow tower of a cake for a party that reportedly cost $400,000 — and the recipient of that cake is still just a baby! It was made for Miss Kulture Kiari Cephus, the now one-year-old daughter of Cardi B and Offset, two rap stars known for their extravagance.
Despite a citywide blackout in NYC, Cardi and her husband created a lit (ahem) event for their daughter that featured an epic presentation of the undying rainbow dessert phenomenon — in fact, it breathed new life into the trend, because all of the desserts, from that sky-high cake to the candy apples, cupcakes, cookies, and other confections, looked as inventive as they were colorful.
No sweet tooth — of any age — stood a chance at this party...
BCakeNY shared some more glimpses of the amazing dessert tables (and Kulture having the time of her life) in video clips posted to Instagram.
