If you have an opinion about Chrissy Teigen's weight, feel free to share it. But do so at your peril — because if you come for the Queen of the Clapback, you best not miss...
Recently, the chef and cookbook author shared on Twitter that she gained 20 pounds since having her second child, Miles — but she's not mad about it. Not only did the body-positive icon say she's "coming to terms with my new normal," she also shared the reason for her weight gain, and it's pretty relatable: "I just love food too much." (Same, girl.)
Unfortunately, Internet trolls are always ready to share their opinions, like one user who tweeted about Teigen on Monday, saying "Tiegan (sic) likes to attack people, so i'm attacking her weight, chubby needs to get to the gym." Um, rude.
Have no fear, though — Teigen is the master of Twitter and clapbacks after all, and she wasn't afraid to put yet another online hater in their place. "I hate to say this but... you are not a small person? also I don’t care about my weight sooooo this does not hurt," she fired back.
So, there you have it. Teigen isn't worried about a number on the scale, so no one else should be concerned about it, either. And if you do decide to make mention of her size on Twitter, you might just find your own size caught in the crossfire. The whole arbitrary perfect-size notion feels pretty silly now — doesn't it, troll?
