"Confession Time:" Jenna Jameson Tells the Truth About Her Intermittent Fasting Diet
Jenna Jameson opened up about the fasting component of her Keto-friendly lifestyle.
Jenna Jameson is a staunch advocate of the Keto diet, and has gleefully shared the details of her 80-pound weight loss with her followers. Not only does the former porn star whip up low-carb recipes on the regular, she's also talked about the diet's intermittent fasting component. And while in the past Jameson has fasted six days a week, her recent eating regime has changed a bit. Let her explain:
In an Instagram post that showed her lounging in a blue bikini, Jameson announced that it was "confession time." Ready for this newsflash? Here it is: "Since moving to Hawaii, I’ve stopped [intermittent fasting,]" Jameson wrote.
"I guess I just got lazy," Jameson continued. (Or, maybe she just got hungry?) "I can feel the difference in my mental clarity. Definitely not as sharp and a lot less focused. I just started back fasting this weekend, and it’s definitely hard to jump back on the wagon! My stomach rumbles so loud it wakes [my daughter] but within a few days of fasting 16:8 I’ve noticed a flatter tummy and tighter skin, not to mention better concentration. So if you’re wondering wether or not intermittent fasting is for you... I highly recommend it!"
Next, Jameson spelled out her exact fasting schedule. "I fast from 6pm-11am," she shared. "I drink water tea or black coffee during my fasting hours."
