Here’s How to Make Jenna Jameson’s Keto “Bomblette” Recipe That Instagram Is Obsessed With

Since losing 80 pounds on the Keto diet, Jenna Jameson has become an evangelist for the high-fat, low-carb plan. The former adult entertainer devotes a significant chunk of her feed to sharing images of herself before and after starting the diet, and she's always game to share recipes and her grocery list. But there's one food tip that her fans can't stop buzzing about, and that's Jameson's internet-famous "bomblette." 

So, what is this dish? It's basically a Keto omelette, but a really, really bomb one. (Get it?) That's why Jameson devoted an Instagram Story to showing off how to make the dish, and we're glad she did. 

So, here's how it works: First, coat the bottom of a skillet with shredded cheese. Then, crack eggs on top of the cheese (Jameson uses two) before adding chives. Finally, add a cover to the pan to let the eggs steam — and, as Jameson said, "Boom!"
