Khloe Kardashian and her famous sisters didn't get fit enough to model for a nude cake topper by accident — and they certainly didn't do it without a whole lot of seafood. The Keeping up with the Kardashians gang works with nutritionist Philip Goglia, who helps the reality stars keep their diets on track by dishing out recipe tips and rules for dining out.

Among those rules: Don't eat the nachos first. Speaking specifically about Khloe, Goglia shared to PEOPLE, "Khloe knows that if there’s a ton of nachos in front of you but you’re staring at your sea bass, you need to eat the fish first — and then dive into the crap. You’ll always eat less crap if you’re eating healthy stuff first."

So what we're hearing is... nachos for dessert is actually a good idea? Sweet!

Sea bass isn't the only type of seafood Goglia's cool with. It seems like any type of fish gets the green light from the nutrition pro, who told PEOPLE, "Fatty fish when consumed at night promotes deep sleep, helps you release growth hormones; it’s a big time anti-inflammatory. So it has all these great benefits to promote fat utilization while you sleep."

It looks like Stormi Webster, the family's youngest sushi aficionado, has already gotten the memo on the benefits of fish.
