Fitness fanatic Khloe Kardashian is sticking to a healthy diet and workout schedule throughout her pregnancy. Sure, the Revenge Body star does give into a comfort-food craving every now and then (gas up the Rolls Royce! It's time for a Big Mac!) But for the most part, Kardashian told the morning program Lorraine, she's trying to stay aware that: "every pound I put on [during pregnancy], I gotta take back off."
So, it doesn't help when Kris Jenner brings several boxes of donuts to her pregnant daughter's home. The gesture is sweet (literally!) but Kardashian has to draw the line at how many goodies she consumes.
"My mom brought me eight boxes of Krispy Kreme and got mad I didn’t eat all of them. That’s crazy,” Kardashian laughed. “I definitely will eat sweets if I want and give into that, but I really believe in working out and staying healthy."
Kardashian also offered her No. 1 tip for fans who want to stay healthy with her. "My nutritionist always says 'water wins every time,'" the expectant mama said. She added that "starting small" with consistent moves — such as working out for 20 minutes every day — can make a tremendous difference in anyone's overall fitness.
