Kris Jenner Is on a 1,500-Calorie Keto Meal Plan
The Kardashian family matriarch is trying out the Keto diet.
The Keto diet has proven to be wildly controversial, but where does Kris Jenner stand on the low-carb, high-fat eating plan?
While we can't say for sure whether the Kardashian family matriarch is fully converted, we do know that she's at least willing to give it a try. Because in her recent Instagram Stories, Kris showed us exactly what she's been eating these days. (Well, most of the time. When she's not having some necessary comfort food.)
In her recent posts, Jenner showed off some food deliveries from Kooshi Gourmet. The organic meal delivery service claims that it sources its ingredients from local farms and fisheries, and that its food is all hand-prepared and delivered within 24 hours. The company also makes meals to accommodate a slew of diet plans.
Based on the labels on Kris's delivery, it looks like her eats are part of a 1,500-calorie Keto plan. The momager had the Organic Egg Scramble with turkey bacon, goat cheese, and veggies for breakfast. For lunch, she had the Wild Alaskan Salmon Cakes with zucchini noodles, asparagus, and cucumber-thyme dressing. So, did she miss the carbs? Not so much.
"I am obsessed with these yummy delicious meals," Jenner shared.
